Directions: Exit 68, east Route 60 to beaches, north on A1A. Entrance is on right, north of Winter Beach Road.

Wabasso Beach Park Great public beach, near Disney's Vero Beach Resort, wide beaches, quiet.
Directions: Exit 68, east on Rt. 60 to US1, No. on US 1 to 10 or Wabasso Bridge. Go east over bridge through traffic light, beach will be directly in front of you.

Hutchinson Island The county's best-known asset is its beautiful barrier islands, boasting 21 miles of pristine beaches. Public beaches lie along seven miles of this Atlantic coastal stretch, projecting an unspoiled, tropical tranquility rarely found. Directions: Take Exit 65 (Okeechobee Road) to U.S. 1. Go north to Seaway Drive for South Hutchinson Island, or North Beach Causeway for North Hutchinson Island.
